If you like to cook healthy food for your family and want to add little more variety in snacks  than this recipe will definitely help you.
All you need-
Potatoes- Boiled and Peeled
Green Peas- Boiled
Carrot- Chopped and Boiled
Beans- Chopped
Green Chillies- Chopped
Bread crumb or Bread
Soyabean chunks – Boiled
Coriander – Chopped
Red Chilly Powder- 1tsp
Chaat Masala- ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing
Suji (optional)
Method – Slightly roast the bread slices, tear them into pieces and grind them in the mixi. You will get fine bread powder that you can use in place of bread crumbs.
Take a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, peas, carrots, beans, soyabean chunks and mix them well. Add all other spices and mix well.
Add the bread powder and mix well. Make small balls with the mixture and press it gently under your palms to get the shape of tikki/patty. If you want you can roll the tikki in suji.  As I have done in half of my tikkies.
Grease the patties/tikkies with little oil and bake them in the oven at 450F for 10 -15 minutes.
